The Study has matured an important experience in assisting and representing its customers in the litigations by provincial and regional fiscal commissions.
Moreover, the Study gives assistance to its customers in the requests procedures to the Financial Management in terms of anti-elusive norms, controlled foreign companies and others.
Moreover, the Study manages the pre-litigation phase through the assistance in the relationship with the Financial Management in order to reach provisions of self-defence, assessments with adhesion and the judicial agreement phase.
