Dr. Giovanna Belli Franzini

Giovanna Belli Franzini, was born in Cremona on May, 24th 1973 and lives in Cremona.

After finishing the High School, she graduated in Economy at the University in Parma on April, 23rd 1998, preparing a detailed dissertation on the subject: “Moneta, inflazione e comportamento dei mercati finanziari” (“Currency, inflation and behaviour of the financial markets”). She practised and got through the qualifying examination for the exercise of the profession at the University in Parma.

She works as graduate in Economics and Auditor in Cremona in the Stella Monfredini Study. Dr. Stella’s Study is formed by other professionals beyond the secretaries, it has a seat in Milan in Via San Barnaba 32 and one in Cremona in Piazza Stradivari 12. The Study collaborates and is connected with other Studies – in Italy and abroad – specialised in corporate and fiscal right and in the competition and market field.

In this Study, she reached a wide experience in the fiscal and corporate assistance to many industrial, commercial and financial companies, dealing with the fiscal aspects of several important corporate and financial operations carried out by public and private enterprises, agencies and financial companies and non-commercial agencies, in cooperation with other members of the Study.

Moreover, Dr. Belli Franzini carries out the activity of liquidator.

She is enrolled at the Registry of Auditors and is also a member of the board of auditors of several commercial and financial companies. She is also the Auditor of the company Saib Spa (third Italian producer of raw and faced chipboard panels), and also Chairman of the board of auditors of the Bilateral Agency for the Commerce and Tourism.

Dr. Belli Franzini is also fiscal responsible of the “Centre for Enterprises Fiscal Attendance of the Association of Commerce and Tourism of the Province of Cremona” (ASCOM CAF IMPRESE).
