STELLA MONFREDINI

The Stella Monfredini Corporate Tax Study was founded in 1995 by Paolo Stella Monfredini, graduate in Economics and Auditor. The Study has a seat in Cremona and one in Milan.

Thanks to its high qualification in fiscal and corporate field, starting from its foundation the Study has been more and more involved in fiscal and corporate advising, both Italian and international, and more generally in fiscal litigation.

The long-term experience of its professional group (graduates in Economics and Auditors) and the connection with other primary independent Studies in Italy and abroad, concurs to offer to the customers a complete assistance in solving fiscal and corporate problems both in Italy and abroad.

During the years, the Study assisted many customers in many fiscal aspects and in important corporate and financial operations realised by public and private enterprises, agencies, financial companies and non-commercial agencies, becoming their habitual interlocutor for the management of ordinary and extraordinary fiscal aspects.

Moreover, the Study has gradually reached an meaningful qualification in the publishing and telecommunication field, both thanks to the advising to companies belonging to this field, to the assistance given to associations and national federations, and to the representation by the market and communication guarantor authorities.

The Study has signed liability policy for professional damages to third parties with Reale Mutua (ceiling of € 1,500,000.00).
